Social Work Services
Dedicated to empowering individuals and families facing disadvantage, we help you to navigate complex systems and provide a link to relevant support services. Our individual planning and assessment, coordination, and case management services enhance your ability to manage challenges and improve long-term well-being.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Supporting individuals living with mental health conditions (psychosocial disabilities) build capacity and achieve their goals by providing plan coordination and tailored guidance to navigate daily challenges, access services, and develop strategies to enhance their well-being. Through fostering strong, trust-based relationships, our recovery coaches empower individuals to make informed decisions, manage their mental health, and work towards greater independence and community participation.
1:1 Mentoring
Our 1:1 mentoring service is designed to empower participants to build capacity, enhance life skills, and create community connections.
With tailored support, we work with individuals to achieve their personal goals, increase independence, and navigate personal challenges and difficulties by developing practical skills and confidence to unlock their full potential.

Duke of Edinburgh Award
As a Duke of Edinburgh Award Centre, we offer young people from 14 - 24 years, the opportunity to develop essential life skills, build resilience, and foster a sense of community through a structured and challenging program.
Through 1:1 mentoring, participants engage in a variety of activities, including physical recreation, skill development, and adventurous journeys, all aimed at promoting personal growth and achievement.
